Once when I was pre-teen I was using the down stairs bathroom to wash my hands. I turned on the faucet and the handle broke off and water started shooting up and hitting the ceiling... I screamed, "Dad"! and he came running in. I'm like panicked and trying to explain it was an accident I didn't mean to break the handle. He quickly turned off the water valve under the sink. Whew!
